The BLOCKRICH app ("App") is designed to configure the BLOCKRICH device — a desktop e-ink display for market data. This policy applies to BLOCKRICH mobile apps for iOS and Android and describes what data is processed and how it is used.

1. Tracking

The App does not track users for targeted advertising or profiling, including under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) rules. We do not collect data about your activity in other apps or websites. The App does not use advertising SDKs and does not share identifiers with third parties for tracking purposes.

If the app displays a system tracking permission request (e.g. due to bundled libraries), you may decline — app functionality will not be affected.

2. Data We Process

2.1 Data Required for App Operation

• Bluetooth (BLE): BLOCKRICH device identifier and name — for pairing and configuring your device.
• Device settings: selected screens, tickers, update intervals, time zone — transmitted to the BLOCKRICH device and may be stored on the sync server (airch.ru) for configuration backup at your choice.
• Wi‑Fi data: SSID and password of selected networks — entered by you and transmitted only to the BLOCKRICH device via Bluetooth; we do not store Wi‑Fi passwords on our servers.
• Device identifier: unique BLOCKRICH device ID — for configuration sync and firmware update checks.
• Firmware version: transmitted during update checks to provide the correct firmware.

2.2 Data We Do Not Collect

• Name, email, phone number, or other personal information — no registration is required.
• Location data (GPS).
• Data for advertising or marketing.
• Financial transactions, trading activity, or bank account data.

3. Data Storage

• Primary settings are stored in the BLOCKRICH device memory.
• Screen configuration may be stored on the sync server (airch.ru) when using sync features.
• Wi‑Fi credentials are transmitted only to your device and are not stored on our servers.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. The App retrieves market quotes from BLOCKRICH servers (blockrich.ru, airch.ru) — only requested instrument symbols are transmitted, without personal user data.

5. Updates and Firmware

Firmware update checks and downloads are performed through developer servers. Device identifier and firmware version are transmitted solely to provide the correct update.

6. Your Rights

You can reset device settings at any time via factory reset in the App or on the device itself. Uninstalling the App from your phone does not delete data on the BLOCKRICH device.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is available at blockrich.ru/legal/en/privacy-policy. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
