About the App

BLOCKRICH is a mobile app (iOS and Android) for configuring the BLOCKRICH device — a desktop e-ink market data display. Via the app you connect over Bluetooth, set up Wi‑Fi, choose tickers, and configure screen modes.

FAQ

Is registration required?

No. The app works without creating an account.

Device not found via Bluetooth

Cannot connect to Wi‑Fi

Enter the network SSID and password manually in the app. Credentials are transmitted only to the BLOCKRICH device and are not stored on our servers. Ensure the network operates on 2.4 GHz (the device does not support 5 GHz).

How to reset settings?

Use factory reset in the app or on the device. This removes saved Wi‑Fi networks and screen configuration on the device.

Firmware updates

Update checks are available in the app when the device is connected. Firmware download requires internet on your phone and a stable BLE connection.
